Educational Monitoring and Reporting
The unit's projects monitor, analyse and interpret data-based developments in the education system and conduct indicator research for educational reporting.
Which overarching developments and trends can be observed in the German education system? This unit specialises in projects which continually observe, analyse and interpret the education system based on data. Reports are presented for different regions and in different depths. Currently, the main focus lies on the National Report on Education, coordinated at DIPF and subject to different cooperation partnerships. Educational monitoring at DIPF has in recent years also highlighted federal state reports. The team also conducts research on report indicators here.
