The Innovation Portal offers a wide variety of information concerning developments in the German education system.
About
The Innovation Portal consists of four elements: At its centre is a database recording innovative projects and programmes run by the federal government and the federal states for quality improvement in education, in which more than 1,800 projects can be researched. The online journal “Bildung + Innovation“ (Education plus Innovation) publishes weekly contributions from all areas of education from early childhood to lifelong leaning. The collection of "projects online" contains materials from selected projects funded by the central and state governments, and federal state portraits from the portal “Reading in Germany” provide an overview of extracurricular reading promotion in the individual federal states.
