Following the reform of the in-service teacher training in North Rhine-Westphalia in 2011, we are investigating how the changes have affected the training and how it can be further improved.

North Rhine-Westphalia is breaking new ground in teacher training – we are providing academic support to the reform.

In the third phase of the project, we are now analysing which training elements are particularly helpful for the development of future teachers and which are not.
