Transfer Research
Transfer research at DIPF focuses on transfer processes and effects.
For example, the institute addresses the following questions:
- How can scientific findings and innovations from educational research and information be transferred and implemented in practice?
- How can the transfer process be organised and the exchange between science and practice be promoted?
- What contributes to or influences the success of transfer activities?
- Which barriers and challenges need to be overcome in order to implement evidence-informed measures in educational practice?
Within the framework of transfer research at DIPF:
- studies are conducted, providing a systematic overview of the forms, work processes and effects of partnerships between science and practice in the education sector in Germany and other countries
- successful, i.e. practically relevant and quality-driven educational programmes are developed and evaluated
- the institute's research and infrastructure services are scientifically monitored in order to record their benefits in practice and to create the conditions for successful implementation
