The Leibniz Association connects 96 independent research institutions that range in focus from the natural, engineering and environmental sciences via economics, spatial and social sciences to the humanities. DIPF has been a member of the Leibniz Association since the beginning and belongs to Section A – Humanities and Educational Research. DIPF is an active member in one Leibniz Research Alliance and one Leibniz Research Network.
Educational research at DIPF is highly networked. The Institute works closely together with national and international partners when dealing with challenges in education. In many co-operations, DIPF acts as the leading co-ordinator.
