Hand in Hand – Social and Emotional Skills for Tolerant and Non-discriminative Societies (A Whole School Approach)
“Hand in Hand – Social and Emotional Skills for Tolerant and Non-discriminative Societies (A Whole School Approach)” is an intervention study that started in March 2017. The project has a duration of three years. It is organised and supervised by researchers, politicians and practioners from five European countries (Slovenia, Sweden, Croatia and Germany).
“Hand in Hand – Social and Emotional Skills for Tolerant and Non-discriminative Societies (A Whole School Approach)” is an intervention study that started in March 2017. The project has a duration of three years. It is organised and supervised by researchers, politicians and practioners from five European countries (Slovenia, Sweden, Croatia and Germany).
The main goal of the study is to promote social, emotional and intercultural skills (SEI) of both students and teachers through target-group specific trainings. This in turn is expected to have a long-term positive effect on the quality of the learning environment and the overall school climate, especially for students with migrant backgrounds.
